The Solay mattress will ship directly to your door within 7-10 business days of purchasing.
It's free! The shipping costs for the Solay mattress are coverd by us for all 50 states. We ship to your door via UPS ground.
Our mattress does not require a signature and will be waiting for you when you get home if you're not there when it arrives!
The Solay mattress can stay in original packaging for up to 90 days from the order date.
If you need to make a change, please reach out to our team within 24 hours of placing your order.
UPS will occasionally deliver on Saturday, but please expect your mattress to arrive on a weekday.
We currently only ship domestically but are working to bring Solay mattresses across the world.
We want everyone to rest well on the Solay mattress. If you don’t, you have up to 90 nights to let us know. This gives your body the time needed to adjust to a new mattress. If you decide our mattress isn’t for you, we’ll help coordinate a drop-off or pick-up to/from a local charity and send you a full refund.

No need to package your mattress back up - our mattress wouldn't fit back in the box anyway! We'll work with you to arrange the best time for us to pick up the mattress at your residence.
We proudly partner with local charities to give gently used mattresses a new home.
Before opening, we suggest moving the box to the room you'll be using the mattress.
Step 1: Place the mattress roll at the end of the bed frame.
Step 2: Tear the outer layer of plastic at the seal to unroll and unfold onto frame.
Step 3: Carefully cut the plastic using the mattress opener and watch your mattress grow.
You can sleep on your new mattress the same night you receive it! We suggest allowing 1-2 hours between opening and sleeping to allow the mattress to reach its optimal form.
The Solay mattress is designed to work with the current set up you already have: a solid platform, box spring, slatted frame or adjustable base.
We don't recommend removing the cover for washing. However, for stains we suggest using a light detergent with warm water.
